Meet and Greet Staff Your attendees will be greeted by our uniformed staff in the baggage claim area. Our meet and greet staff provide a fast and efficient service, escorting attendees to waiting transportation and solving any challenges that may arise at the airport. Once our buses depart the airport, our supervisor will radio the hotel staff as to the vehicle and member of attendees on board. Dispatch Staff Our expert dispatch staff organizes curbside transportation to ensure a smooth transfer whether it is one VIP in a limo or 20 motor-coaches for 1,000 guests. Our staff is experienced in providing a seamless transfer process for our guests. We can also assist with check-ins, advance restaurants, onsite supervision and program management. Hospitality Desk Staff Our expert staff is there to help with an on-site hospitality desk. Our goal is to assist guests with their leisure plans from arranging tours and transportation to simply give more of an insight into what Puerto Rico has to offer. Dine Around Dine at your choice of the best restaurants in the San Juan area with our comprehensive dine-around program, offering you the finest cuisine in the city. Dragonfly Adventures staff members accompany you to facilitate all group activities. Menu prices range from $65.00 to 120.00 per person, plus the round trip transfer.
